Greetings all! We’ve switched cultures!! We’ve spent a bit of time in Amsterdam and now a day in Hamburg. It is so great to see so much culture and history – and it is so different than where I have been! But we are safe and happy. Altho my computer modem isn’t working so I can’t write to you – you still journey with me.
On Thursday we fly to Seattle – where I can write to you again. I have much to tell you about my farewell, etc.
Thanks for continued prayers for our safety

Heidi and Dan,
Glad you’ve gotten as far as Hamburg. And seeing a significantly different set of sights. We’re looking forward to Thursday and the beginning of your in person stories of your adventures. If you have a way of responding we’re wondering when you arrive in Seattle. And what flight. I’m guessing Danielle or Adrianne will pick you up. I guess we could give them a call couldn’t we?
Travel safely the final legs of your journey. God bless.

Heidi & Dan,
Travel mercies to you both and welcome back to the U.S. When we came back it was cultural shock only after two weeks in Tanzania. But you have a wonderful journey to share with the congregations of our synod. That will be a blessings to connect more of our synod with our companion synod. Please know when you come up for air and traveling towards Boise to please come and share your story at Shepherd of the Valley. Look forward to hosting you here. Bob & Vivian Parrish

Great to hear you’ve traveled safely to Germany. Enjoy your time together. At least you don’t have a big time lag adjustment to have to deal with as you take in the cultural amenities and … rest?!!!
God’s peace. Travel well!
